Andy got my car in the shop the morning after I called, had an estimate for me in a couple of hours, and had the work finished in a day. The final cost was even a few dollars less than the estimate. I couldn't have asked for a better result for getting three big issues with my car fixed. Thanks Andy and Trinity Auto Haus!

What a great group of people! Just got an inspection but so glad to find a place to service my Truck. Everyone was kind, patient and I can tell Christian. I appreciated them.

We needed brake work on our motorhome. Joe was so helpful, they got us in when we needed, and provided a loaner car so we could still enjoy our visit to Waco. He worked hard to get us some warranty coverage, and the mechanic Brian stayed late to make sure we could get to a campground that evening. Wonderful service, very thorough. Wish we could take them on our trip!

Everyone at Trinity is friendly, honest and professional. I have been going to them for 8 years. They have always taken good care of my car and go the second (and third) mile to make sure I am satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Only shop in town I will go to from now on, Brian and the rest of the guys are very knowledgeable and know their stuff! I had a phone call within a hour telling me the problem and a ride back to my work when I dropped it off with them! Don’t hesitate to use them for any repairs.

I was happy with service after I express my frustration with Brian about being told my car was ready and drove 60 miles to pick up my daughter to come back to the shop to find out my car was not ready and the mechanic wanted to keep it another night. I expressed to the owner that communication needs to be better between the service writer and customer. All is good and I will definitely be back.....

My mom's van was a mess after mice treated themselves to insulation on several different wires that controlled some very important electrical components. Some of the locations they selected to dine seemed humanly impossible to get to, but alas, the technicians at Trinity Auto Haus masterfully found and repaired all of the issues. Amazing! The van is running great with no 'check engine' or other warning lights. Prior to the corrections, the instrument panel was lit up like an airport runway. Mom's insurance company payed for the repairs but would not pay for all new parts. So Brian and his staff took the time to hunt down the needed parts on the web, under the cap imposed by the insurance company. This company goes beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service and a great customer experience. The service representative, Chris, stayed in contact with me and kept me abreast of changes and issues. I am very appreciative of this consideration. No surprises. I have been a customer with Brian for years before he opened his own shop and I have no complaint for any service he or his staff have ever provided to me and my family. May God bless companies like this who truly care about the people they serve.
