I did not get a quote before work was done on my car. Charged me over $50 in labor for simply snapping in a new side mirror, not the actual holster for the mirror, just the mirror, & I already had the part. Charged another $50+ plus just to put a light bulb in my 3rd brake light, which they didn't have to use any tools to get to, just pull the cover off. They also broke the brake light cover & just threw in the back above the rear seats. I don't think they took the actual time & effort of labor in consideration & just charged me a standard fee no matter how easy it was. To top it all off the light stopped working about a week or 2 later. I was also there so they could diagnose the check engine light, which is why I was told to leave the car there. A staff member took me home. So I wasn't there while any of this was going on. I knew for sure they were doing a diagnosis on the car & I was not given a price for it so I thought they do it complimentary. No, it was $99+ on the bill when I came to get my car. I should've been told upfront before I left my car. After all that they told me they couldn't diagnosis it & it could cost me up to $1000+ to look further into the engine. You get taken advantage of as a girl when it comes to auto service. It was my first car & it was awhile ago but it still bothers me.
