Brought me home consistent with social distancing. They competed the job on time. Did only what was needed to do. We will use them again on this car and our other cars. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Great service. We called the day before, got our appt and the work was done in less time then quoted.

I scheduled an oil change on a Tuesday. Trinity went through the car to see if it required any additional repairs which resulted in the oil not being changed that day and us having to use their loaner car. The windshield on the loaner car got hit by a rock causing a cracked windshield which I had to pay to repair. Obviously Trinity can't control rock chips but this could have been avoided if the oil had been changed as scheduled instead of put off while they tried to locate more repairs to complete. Carl was professional and communicated well.

I did not get a quote before work was done on my car. Charged me over $50 in labor for simply snapping in a new side mirror, not the actual holster for the mirror, just the mirror, & I already had the part. Charged another $50+ plus just to put a light bulb in my 3rd brake light, which they didn't have to use any tools to get to, just pull the cover off. They also broke the brake light cover & just threw in the back above the rear seats. I don't think they took the actual time & effort of labor in consideration & just charged me a standard fee no matter how easy it was. To top it all off the light stopped working about a week or 2 later. I was also there so they could diagnose the check engine light, which is why I was told to leave the car there. A staff member took me home. So I wasn't there while any of this was going on. I knew for sure they were doing a diagnosis on the car & I was not given a price for it so I thought they do it complimentary. No, it was $99+ on the bill when I came to get my car. I should've been told upfront before I left my car. After all that they told me they couldn't diagnosis it & it could cost me up to $1000+ to look further into the engine. You get taken advantage of as a girl when it comes to auto service. It was my first car & it was awhile ago but it still bothers me.

We are very sorry for the poor service and lack of communication on our part. We really wish you could of reached out to us at that time so we could make it right. We have since restructured to prevent this from happening. We hope that if you have any automotive needs you might give us the opportunity to earn your trust.
