I was happy with service after I express my frustration with Brian about being told my car was ready and drove 60 miles to pick up my daughter to come back to the shop to find out my car was not ready and the mechanic wanted to keep it another night. I expressed to the owner that communication needs to be better between the service writer and customer. All is good and I will definitely be back.....

My mom's van was a mess after mice treated themselves to insulation on several different wires that controlled some very important electrical components. Some of the locations they selected to dine seemed humanly impossible to get to, but alas, the technicians at Trinity Auto Haus masterfully found and repaired all of the issues. Amazing! The van is running great with no 'check engine' or other warning lights. Prior to the corrections, the instrument panel was lit up like an airport runway. Mom's insurance company payed for the repairs but would not pay for all new parts. So Brian and his staff took the time to hunt down the needed parts on the web, under the cap imposed by the insurance company. This company goes beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service and a great customer experience. The service representative, Chris, stayed in contact with me and kept me abreast of changes and issues. I am very appreciative of this consideration. No surprises. I have been a customer with Brian for years before he opened his own shop and I have no complaint for any service he or his staff have ever provided to me and my family. May God bless companies like this who truly care about the people they serve.

They were absolutely amazing. Took such good care of me and my truck. Had a lot of issues and they still got me out in just over 24 hours of having the truck. Honest company who wants their customers to be safe and happy. Definitely coming back with all further car issues.

4th time to have my wife's Audi serviced. I leave it early when they open and it is always ready when I arrive at noon. Oops. They hadn't even started. Then it was their group lunchtime. A slight inconvenience, yet they perform such a vital service, it was easily overlooked.

They sent a wrecker to tow my car into the shop, replaced battery, and did other services that were recommended for my 8 years old Camry to continue to run "just like new"!
